I know, 5 stars for Trig.......what can I say? I'm a high school math teacher and this is the book for me and my Trig Honors class. It works like a charm. :) Although, I don't think I would use this book for a non-honor's course.

THIS IS NOT A BOOK FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!!!! It fails to refresh the students on algebraic concepts like linear functions, quadratic functions, rational functions, exponential functions, etc. AP Calculus relies highly on multiplying and simplifying functions algebraically. AP Calculus also expects students to know parent graphs and transformations of parent graphs. Also, this book skips, yes skips the unit circle. It does not even have a chart of exact values and angles. It treads over geometric concepts behind it, but does not go over radians or exact values or reference angles in relationship to unit circle.. It is outrageousi will say this, the book is good if you have already taken Pre-Calculus with another Pre-calculus book. I recommend Michael Sullivan, Prentice-Hall or Glencoe.
